You will be receiving an email from me confirming *ALL* custom mock ups PRIOR to production. Please ensure you check your junk/spam folders to avoid delays. If I can't confirm with you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

You acknowledge that prices will vary based on each custom design. If your individual design requires more labor or materials, I will contact you for a price adjustment. A second invoice for the difference will be sent upon your consent.

You understand that the natural beauty of wood will shine through each item. The engraving color will fluctuate from light to dark and vary between pieces or parts. The configuration of natural grain, knots, and imperfections cannot be fully controlled, but will contribute to the product's overall uniqueness. I will do my very best to match your item to the color swatch, but each piece of wood will uptake paint or stain slightly differently.

Ensure you have included all pertinent design information with your item before adding it to your cart. The required list is included at the bottom of each product description. If you forgot anything, please add it to the cart "notes" section.
For Example (if applicable):
- Paint color requests
- Correct and FULL spelling of all names
- Names listed from left to right in the order of how you want them to appear (Name 1, Name 2, Name 3, etc.)
- Family positions
- Necessary titles
- Correct dates (in the form of month, day, year)
- Any special requests
