Refund policy
Full payment in advance is required before your item will be placed in the production queue. Production time is 7-10 business days but can vary. If you have a time sensitive request, please inquire prior to ordering. I understand that things come up and do my best to provide prompt service. Short notice requests will be accommodated if my schedule allows. A rush fee may apply.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, has missing items, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. The item may need to be returned for inspection.
Exceptions & Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If a unique situation arises, please contact us at delainedesigns@hotmail.com and we'd be happy to address the matter.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made in rare circumstances. Please contact us to evaluate your needs.
Refunds
Custom orders can be fully refunded after purchase but only before production has begun. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
